I'm not offering but I have a genuine question. What would you do in an emergency e.g. GP appt? Do you keep a spare somewhere?

Never keep a spare.... would defeat the object really.

In event of a medical emergencgy, though not sure what, I would assume they would have a way (bolt cutters?) xx

I could think of two medical emergencies that could be hampered by having to find a set of bolts cutters.

From a hygiene point of view it sounds pretty grim?

You keep hold of 1 key but it us secured in such a way that able to see if the container it held in has been tampered with..ie. key removed.

At any time your key holder can command a live verification to check your behaving
