My missus has got more into this the older she has got. I wish would lead poly life herself with others but she not interested she says it’s nicer me doing it.

I’m the same with wife. But she gets more enjoyment me doing it. That’s not my fantasy really but giving it a go.

Sorry but I don't see where polyamory really comes into this as it seems more like an open relationship to me, being polyamorous means more than one intimate loving relationship not just going off and having sexual encounters with other people.

I was thinking that, Poly and swinging are two compleatly differant things. I think op needs to also reserch , Cuckqueen and open relationship too.

Understand op has now said,"poss leading to a poly" however tradinol swingers are looking for nsa. Unless your looking for fb/fwb which very often leads to relationships.

Yes I think people in the "Poly Community" might take offence. As poly is more than swinging. Non monogamous often loving relationships basically.

I havent read the whole thread so am not entirely sure what the context for this post is, but I can confirm that the above is right - there is a big difference between poly and swinging.

I am Polyamorous, and I also swing. That means I have deep, loving connections with my partners and then I come onto fab for some extra fun and variety.

There are several different kinds of ethical non-monogamy - polyamory is just one of them. And within polyamory there are so many different ways to do it - triads, Vees, kitchen table, hierarchical, relationship anarchy, solo poly...

If anyone is interested in polyamory, spend some time googling it and think about what sort of dynamic you would like... you might find you would be more interested in other kinds of non-monogamy (like an open relationship) and thats totally ok! Poly isnt for everyone! Your next stop would probably be a dating site that caters to polyamory, or to a local poly group meet (these arent dating events - its a place to socialise and talk about your experience of poly and get support).

I would avoid looking for poly partners on fab - in my experience, most poly people avoid swinging (indeed, a number of them disapprove of me being on here...)
