Fear of Sex

I'm finding that I am actually kinda scared of being sexual with people. That I really wanna try things and experience things, but I get so in my head. and when you're afraid and anxious, it doesn't feel suuuuper sexy ya know? Any advice?

(BTW this isn't just sex with men I'm talking about, or just from here. just any sex)

It’s so hard to get yourself relaxed when you feel like that. The only way I’ve done it is lots of self pleasure so that my body learns to relax again and then to be brave and go for it. Once I’ve done that a few times I tend to open up to it all again.

I think everyone has this sort of feeling especially when first meeting someone so it’s not an abnormal feeling best advice i can give is try not to get inside your head to much and don’t forget to breathe
