My bf and I are going to try a swinging club together for the first time, he's been once before but I haven't.Any advice on what I should wear please? And also, we only like mmf, does it get awkward if a lady approaches with interest and its not what we're into?

My advice would be to check the website of the club you are interested in and go when you expect it to be quiet - that way you can settle in and become familiar more easily.

Most clubs are well hosted and most clients are well behaved and are respectful- check the reviews from long time posters.

Dress smart casual/sexy and bring any very sexy outfit you might be tempted to change into - then only change if you feel like it.

Note a few clubs are dress down on entry - seemed a little scary for us at the start but the wife loves it - makes everyone equal and she gets to buy outfits.

Fell free to message any questions and, whatever you do, have fun and don’t be a wall flower but do engage (conversationally) - good luck.

Going to a club is a great way of being able to watch without joining in. To take things your pace and only indulge if it feels right for you.

Getting people to come and talk to you and see if there is a connection before you take any further. Most clubs will make you try and feel as welcome as possible

Sit, chat around the bar, have a laugh have fun.

You will find the fun you are looking for. Don’t dress down immediately, you might find people who pray on new people looking for their first experience.

You choose, it’s not the be end of all not to engage…. We didn’t.
