I just thought I'd ask this question as I have a hernia and it can be uncomfortable unless I wear a truss. It goes away if I lay down and push it in. How do you cope.?

I’ve had 3 hernias in the last year! 2 removed on one occasion and the other one 5 weeks ago.

Highly recommend laparoscopic (key hole) surgery, although NHS only offers open repair.

Recovery time on laparoscopic is very quick and back in the bedroom in no time
