In Germany when I was working there it was mixed showers I got the shock of my life when a naked lass came in next to me and started washing her hair lol

A lot of us in the continent are very relaxed about nudity. In changing areas, saunas etc

I agree! And its the only time I've indulged. The kids camping next to us in their 'wisdom' made a fire and put tins of baked beans in the embers to cook. Which duly exploded! All over all of us sat near!

We were caked in beans and the obligatory mud so a shower was the only option.

I was actually one of the last to hold out. A friend I was with went before me and she's a well fit natural blonde with a genuinely stunning body - especially when she was 25yrs old. The showers were pretty quiet at the time she went and she tells the tale there was just an American guy in there at the time. As soon as my friend waltzed in and drops her towel he froze in fear! He spent the whole time huddled in the corner with his back to her and she was giggling as his little bum cheeks were constantly twitching nervously!

used to go to a mixed naked swim in the North midlands area. Nothing sexual about it just a chance to enjoy a swim in the nude, As it was a new experience for me i couldn't help getting an erection in the showers with two or 3 naked people standing next to me ,both Men and women. not intentional, of course. Nice folks saw that i was embaressed, and said it happened alot.and dont worry about it. I enjoyed the experience of it tbh.

We used to go to St Anne's Cottage Naturist Campsite a fair bit. It's where a lot of our camping pics were taken. The showers were communal there. Always loved watching Mrs P shaving her pussy next to a random!

The concept that communal showers being unusual is a alien concept to me. I grew up playing rugby, spent many years of my youth in the military and I am a naturist. Communal showers and communal nudity (single sex or mixed) is not unusual to me, it's perfectly normal, practical and just not a thing to me. Its just a body, everybody has one. We are one people, equal and sometimes clothes and sex base segregation just seems to be there to keep us divided.

I used to do a early morning swim every weekday before work a few years ago and some of the showers are communal one older lady who wore a one piece would often pull aside her costume to wash her hairy fancy whilst chatting she didn’t care lol these were the days before I was swinging

Lots of people don’t want strangers looking at their naked bodies. Even though I’m on here, I wouldn’t shower in public unless it was a cubicle. I’d wear a bikini

Only places I have seen communal showers are gyms swimming pools and swingers clubs.

Gyms tend to be single sex, so there are naked people but they all have the same tackle.

Swimming pools are mixed but are family environments mostly so being naked is not appropriate.

Swingers clubs are mixed and as they are sex clubs it’s appropriate to be naked.

I've lived in accommodation with shared communal toilet blocks, so shower cubicles, but used by both men/ladies. there was a lot of water conservation and dropped soap..

I was surprised when we had to use the female changing rooms they had individual showers whilst men had communal... Didn't understand why.

I hope that your usage is justified, my wife once waited 20 minutes on crutches to use disabled toilet when a staff member ran out of it, too damn lazy to walk up the stairs to the ladies, she was 18!
