Kirkby in Ashfield

Just curious those who play bareback, what made you decide that you play bare in meets? With us it was due to Janine not liking condoms at all. We know the risk but for us it feels more natural and adds to the fun

Selfish as std rates are going up.

Far better to meet regulars you can trust over time and then openly talk about no condoms so you have the pleasure without any worries. Keep it special.

Just to ignore it is self centred.

This. Sick of all the 'calculated risk' folk. When they've calculated nothing. Worst of them are the ones that say, 'you must be cheating' because my profile states always safe sex. Figure that one

I always found condoms such a turn off and realised that life is too short not to go after what you want. I started taking Prep because the condom got ditched on more than one occasion in the heat of the moment and I value my sexual health too much it seemed like a good option. Prep is a game changer! It's more effective than condoms to prevent hiv and gives me more freedom in my choices.

I never used to get std tests but now I go every few months since I started taking prep a few years ago and it feels more responsible this way.

Those saying it's selfish don't have a clue, first of all if you choose to use condoms good for you! My choices are to protect me and my lovers in the way the I personally see fit, nobody else! I'm sure your choices reflect the same in you although they might be different to mine.

I've probably had well over 100 men spunk in me over the last few years and I always test clear for everything, every single time. I have no shame and I love bare sex, if it feels right to me then I go for it.

Happy fabbing with love and respect no matter what you choose xxx

Selfish to who? Surely if you rubber up you're protected anyway? I think it's selfish of you to demand that others live the way YOU'D like them to and not how they see fit themselves.

Here and There

Those of you who play bareback, do you wait and test between each bareback partner? Or is it a ‘cross your fingers and hope for the best’ scenario?

Of course not, in the same way you don't test for covid every time you set foot out the door. It's not about 'crossing fingers' as that implies a fear of stds which I don't have anymore largely because I take Prep. I don't see sexually transmitted infections any differently than I see other types of infections its just that shame is largely attached to sexually transmitted infections which causes greater fear of catching them.
