Meeting a local single lady

I love reading threads in the forum and gather that single ladies wanting to meet single ladies is rare as they are mostly in couples or single ladies wanting to meet men. Although I am half of a couple I would also like to meet a local single lady to meet on our own with no men joining in or watching and am finding it really difficult. Is my profile the issue?
