They may not want 100s of single guys messaging them, but when the mood takes they want to be able to reach out and invite a selected person.

The whole post itself explains why they won't meet you...However the couples are meeting other single males who won't call them brain dead!

Maybe they forgot they had the message filter on when they put that on their profile... Maybe they found what they were looking for and forgot to change their profile text back...

oh Lordy what’s going on today?

Anyway, they don’t want hundreds of messages. Just a select few, best get on their nice list OP by not calling them brain dead.

I'd say their brains were very much alive and well as they've thought about and understood that if they allow single men to message them then they will be inundated with all the usual crap that a lot of single men bombard others with.

Personal choice is a fucker when other people have that option eh OP lol

Perhaps they pro actively look for men they like and start the conversations instead of wading through tons of messages

Perhaps they open up their filters when they're ready to receive messages.

Doesn't take much critical thinking to come up with a couple of reasons

Oh jeez do you really need this explained to you when others have said it on this thread already?

1, they sometimes open their filters.

2, they look for single men and message them first.

3, they read forum posts and check out which single men speak badly of couples and know to avoid them.

4, they check out profiles with pictures as nobody wants to meet or fuck a blank avatar as that's not reality.

5, they are pro choice and like to choose those they get on with and not entitled moany arsed twonks

Common sense rules

If we want to met single men but not want to be swamped by cock pics and two word emails, what are our options?

Have no filters, be swamped by messages and feel like we have to bleach our eyes after the variety of fetid rancid cock pics that litter out in box?

Or

Filter and selectively message single men who we like the look of but then we run the risk of missing out on some that we don’t contact?

It is a tough decision but I am not quite ready to reach of the bleach.

Obviously not every single man sends rancid cock pics, but enough do to make us choose to block messages from single guys the majority of the time.

When I was a couple on here before we blocked the sections/people we didn’t want to get messages from in mass.

You can however contact the profile that you do want to interact with and they can contact you back without all the other messages coming through.

Like everyone we interacted with those we wanted to have fun with while avoiding the bombardment of messages from those we chose not to

A friend of mine has met two brain dead couples, the husband/male of the couples were using their apparent female partners bisexual tendencies to lure in single girls, then after he'd has his fun(no bisexual wife/partner participation), told her to do one. Does this happen a lot?

Maybe those couples who chose not to meet you decided for themselves that you weren't for them or that you were a timewaster. It takes all parties to agree to meet and that you didn't end up meeting them could have easily been their decision and not yours and then to soften the blow to yourself you brand them as time wasters.

There are always two sides to a story or arguments OP.

Because they can. Don't take it personally. People are free to choose their playing partners and free to change their mind. If I don't like smthg about a profile, I go to another one. Life is nice, let's keep it simple.

I can understand posing the question about couples blocking single males, it is a valid question. However to do so in a way that presupposes that couples who do it are “brain dead” is the same as me saying why do brain dead single males think they are blocked from message if couples?

Mr HH

No - it is like you wanting a Makita drill online and blocking all the spam marketing emails with gratuitous photos of drill bits!

ok I'll give another example seem as you like to nit pick. I go into a coffee shop that I know full well only sells coffee and ask for a tea. IE couple looking for men but block men

"Why do brain dead couples asked to meet single men. Then block single men to message the mind boggles. Am I missing something

The answer is in your first sentence...

I think this is the correct answer the snowflakes don't like honesty "

Or maybe we like to have a look at men’s profiles and see if you might be of interest to us, without having loads of useless conversations which will go nowhere.

Men can message us at the moment but it might be the way forward tbh.

This is a shop that sells both coffee and tea, but the demand for coffee outstrips the supply, so the seller restricts access to it.

That is a simple question. They are searching and if they are interested, they will message you, so you can message back. They add you as a friend and in that moment you are not blocked anymore, this is how it works the site.

Thats a tad rude op.

We don't meet single men mainly because I'm excitingly fussy.

If i want a man i will find him.

Hahaahaa I like that, excitingly fussy

I kind of hope that is an epic typo."

It's the best way to explain my fussyness, i get all excited about what I'm choosing

Some people get lots of messages, they shut there messages off to single males to stop getting so many and when they have time, they open it up for a while.

Just gives them time to actually read the messages.

Don't take it personally

I meet single men.

I have my message filters set so single men I haven't previously interacted with, are prevented from messaging me.

So if I post to say I'm looking for a meet, men on my friends list, men I've interacted with previously, or any profiles of men that I wink, can then get in touch re the meet.

Thousands of faceless randoms can not.

I can also contact any single men (filters permitting) and they can see I'm looking to meet as well.

Just because I'm looking to meet, it doesn't mean I'm looking to meet anyone, even if they have seen my meet post.

You cannot accommodate so there’s literally no point in chatting. That’s not what we’re looking for. We know who we like to meet so it’s easier us messaging those that match our needs first really.

Best thread ever for an OP accusing a set of people for being the one thing that clearly the OP needs to look on the mirror and recognise in themselves

OK so OP, you're in a coffee shop that only sells coffee, they sell many different varieties of coffee but only coffee, no tea, no Makita drills and certainly not ebay special drill bits made from chocolate and cheese.

You know what you like, your favorite is a flat white but you also like a latte, cappuccino or a mocca.

You know you don't like double espresso or anything made with almond milk so you filter those ones out.

The batista doesn't like that you only like certain types of coffee so is forcing you to look at and desperately wants to force upon you that almond milk latte with a double espresso on the side.

Should you be obliged to accept what the batista is foisting upon you or should you have your own choice as you know what you like. Should you always accept what someone moaning about to you and go with their say so or do you only want what you want?

Oh and HH, I like lots of varieties of coffee by the way

Maybe they are just fed up of the same guys messeging the same dribble. Its easier to look for who you are interested in than wading through loads of mail trying to find someone who stands out

Personal choice is a fucker when other people have that option eh OP lol

So how do they meet single men if you can't message them. Maybe not brain dead just bird brains"

Perhaps the couples you are talking about would prefer to send the first message to someone they are interested in, thereby allowing the single man to reply. It's far easier for some people to do this rather than having an inbox full of people your not interested in.

"Any way can't chat I've got a meet with a couple thanks for the attention guys mmwwahh

A couple of what though OP? You've not given us the whole story

I can tell you it's not chicks with dicks

Oh my gosh I'm so burned OP, so very deeply offended by your epic comeback

Also a huge compliment too as I'm no chick either, you see under this dress and all this make up beats the heart of a good man and a pendulous 14 inch throbbing cock that displays all my manhood in it's stupendous glory.

Men quake at my feet and give me their women just to quell my thirst for woman flesh and bow down to my manly dominance

Enjoy your day OP

I would get a new tape measure or sky remote mate "

Did you know an old tape measure and a new one will give the same measurements or are you going to tell me they shrink with age

Also too bust having a social life to bother with sky so I don't have a remote either.

Anyway what are you doing on here or did your meet not turn up and waste your time OP?

We don't but it's not rocket science why some do. They simply want to do the approaching of single men they want rather than single men approaching them. Although I think it maybe handy if couples explain this in their profile (assuming guys read it).

"Usually they put "if we want a single men we know where to find you " which means we are surplus to requirement, which we are if you remember that you'll do ok but, definitely not here, the best place is a club , and if they are looking they will come say hi simples ????

Maybe they are just fed up of the same guys messeging the same dribble. Its easier to look for who you are interested in than wading through loads of mail trying to find someone who stands out

Why would you put a meet up if they can't message you. "

Their filters might be set to block men of a particular age, status or location...or they could have just blocked you specifically!

Somewhere in Co. Down

Probably because they make the effort to find guys they want to meet and make first contact themselves rather than having loads of messages from men they have no interest in meeting. That approach would make them the complete opposite of the charming phrase of being "brain dead" that you used op.

"Why do brain dead couples asked to meet single men. Then block single men to message the mind boggles. Am I missing something"

Because we can!

You see it's like this..as a couple we get hundreds of messages a week from single guys like you. The ones with no profile picture, unverified after a year and a bio that states nothing about them,or what they can offer, only what they want. This becomes tedious and monotonous to the point of distraction..so, we occasionally block single guys from being able to message us. It gets so tiresome reading, " Hi how are you ?", or "Are you free for a fuck now?"...(no fella, it's 2.15am on a Wednesday morning and I've just finished a 10 hour shift at work..the wife is in bed asleep and I've just logged in to check messages!)

Therefore when we want a single guy, we look for one and message them accordingly. We choose guys with a well written profile, a profile pic that isn't a spunking cock, and more importantly, one that's been genuinely verified. (Not by a fake female account they've spent a fiver supporters fee on and set up themselves to verify their male profile!)

Hope this answers your question OP.

I've worked out couples are really brain dead or just thick. So if I put on meets and events looking for a female for some fun. Then block females from sending me messages that's normal. I hope not. Would love to know how many men put on meets events looking for female then block them from sending messages bet it's 1 out 1000000000

Because men they are actually interested in meeting, the ones who they have previously chatted to, or winked at, or who are on their friends list, will still be able to massage them about the meet. They just won't be inundated with hundreds of messages from men they have no interest in the meeting.

Op.

You are either a Troll or brain dead yourself.

Why would anyone want to meet someone like you with your blank avatar and chavvy attitude.

Most couples are not here just for people like you to empty your balls into.

Like us, they are here for mutual enjoyment.

Maybe you just need to go and wank into your crispy sock and possibly leave Fab.

He is not asking a question, he is just trying to wind up everyone here and keep up a conflict with all of us. It's his way to get some attention and all the comments just feed his fantasies. Let's make an exercise and just stop adding any more comment, just leave him alone to enjoy his frustration. It's Sunday,do we really need this kind of interaction?

"Hi everyone! The OP started this thread yesterday, everyone tried to explain him something so obvious.

Panic comments, majority of people are doing it nowadays it’s like the new craze of life

Whatever... I had some fruits and peanut butter for breakfast, now sipping a nice moka...I hope you enjoyed yours, too"

Hmm, again, how very convenient? Funny how you’ve only displayed the actual verification summary and not actually published them. Anyway, congratulations on your past meets OP. Got a funny feeling you won’t be getting any new ones for a while…

"You’re having a mare here OP. If you were struggling for meets before this post you’ve got even less chance now. Why don’t you start a new thread attacking single women as well just to balance things out?

I've got meet though. Couples plz engage brain first

You haven’t though have you? Because you’re on here throwing your toys out of the pram. Based on your other forum contributions it’s clear you’re very unhappy with the lack of willingness shown by females and couples toward you. Maybe take a step back from Fab. It’s not working out for you but that’s no reason to attack people, it won’t do you any favours in the long run.

Problem is your wrong your just assuming again take a look at profile I'll put verifys on just to help you brain dead couples. Now done take a look thickos

Most recent is 8 months ago. “I’ve got meet though” sounded as though you actually had a meet lined up. Then again, your grammar and punctuation is so appalling you could just be saying you’re in possession of a bacon sandwich…"

I'll prove you wrong yet again hunni. Funny how you know I won't get any meets. Are you gypsy Rosie with a crystal ball "

Oh I don’t know for certain. Just a feeling. Maybe you could start a club or something for you and your friend, you know the one you started this thread on behalf of? The two of you can sit and be angry about all the brain dead couples on Fab. Then verify each other every week, don’t forget to mention how intelligent you both are too!

I’m curious about your friend now though. Is he as angry as you? Also, why hasn’t he commented on this thread? Is he real or just offline right now?

It could be also that you have no public pics on profile so that could block you on some ones message filters. There...that's not too brain dead is it ??

Get over it. Your problem is called not being able to deal with rejection. A common issue with many men on here.

You are not everyone’s cup of tea and also people change, their minds their likes, etc…

So accept it and move on

Just because you want to meet single men doesn't mean you want to be bombarded with loads of

'Hi'

'How are you'

'What you up to'

'Nice tits' messages

Believe it or not, they aren't brain dead, they actually have a brain, 2 infact and theyve shown they know how to use it, by using the ability to block single men means they can stop the endless messages & then do the leg work themselves, that way they can get down to exactly what they want, age, location, features etc

Sounds like a serious case of sour grapes or maybe pot kettle black & your the brain dead one who hadn't thought out the benefits to single ladies & couples of being the ones in control of their own accounts

They may have loads of men on their Friends list. Friends can message them.

Or they may check out their 'Looked at me' page and message the ones they like.

OP.

I'm a Single guy, and have been on here for over 11 years. On several occasions, I have been approached by Couples whose profiles I'd viewed and found they weren't seeking Single Guys, which I respect.

But, they then got in touch and said they were actually keen on meeting Single Males, but imposed a block, to stop them being swamped by crass messages from said group!

However, when they'd looked at whoever had viewed their profile and were impressed with what they saw, they'd make their own approach.

Or as I've been told by numerous Couples, "we liked your profile, thus our approach!". I've gained both friends as well as meets over the years.

It's the choice of everyone on here how they compose their own profile and how they manage responses.
