Does anyone else get this happening. We regularly find in the section on who has viewed us there are three/four couples who once or twice a month will view us but when we try to contact them we get no response. They read our messages but never reply.

We have now taken the step of blocking anyone who does respond to a second message.

They have approached us by REGULARLY viewing our details but no other contact.

Wierd or what! Are we being stalked?

I have a few who have viewed me but not messaged. I am tempted to message them but not quite yet.

I've also, curiously, got guys messaging me despite my profile saying straight..

I wouldn't take it personally, just keep calm & carry on.

That's my train of thought also. Viewing a profile isn't a guarantee of contact.

I tend to think it's a bit weird when someone is constantly looking at your profile. If they've messaged me and I've said no thanks and they're still looking, I tend to block as it can be a tad creepy x

This. I can look at the same profile several times if the photos are appealing. I may then look again so I can show Mr. It doesn't always mean anything other than that.

Don't see the problem, they like looking at your profile. They may be weighing up whether to contact you in the future, hotlisting you, whatever but they're interested for some reason, your profile is there to be looked at after all.

This. I mean I don’t make mental note about every profile here. Sometimes profiles pop up with a new pic or status and I just click on it..(and then remember he/they are not my cup of tea). Nothing more or less. I don’t stalk anybody

Perhaps they get off wanking over your pics?

It can be infuriating though, especially if you like the look of their profile and would like to meet. We've had similar situations where they've even gone as far as winking us but never responded to messages.

Really doesn't bother us. People are free to look all they want. We accept there maybe many reasons to look but not be interested in contact (or contact at that point in time).

We only meet if we have a status, or meet up. People have to look at our profile to see if we have one or the other up. Could get round it by local updates or scrolling through meets list. However, we're a stones throw from South East as we're just into South West. So would not show up on south East peoples updates.

Makes no differance to us if people veiw our profile lots. Annoys us more, those constantly messaging, asking to meet or when next meet is.

I know exactly what you mean, I think quite a few people would love to do certain things but are afraid to go past the viewing stage..I am sure a number of people have no intention of meeting, look at the number of people who have been on the site for over a year with no verifications..Although it intrigues me when people view my profile a lot, I don't get worked up over it, if it bothered me, I would simply block them..

We have a little group of regulars who look at our profile. One in particular has viewed us at least twice a week for the last few years.

We know we’re a quirky couple so maybe that’s the reason instead of actual interest.

It’s Fab, we’ve learned to expect anything!

We like to think that if people are viewing our profile over and over, then they're looking for new photos to have a wank over. Fine by us.

We have a handful of regular "viewers"....they have a gander several times a day/week and very rarely do they make contact

No dramas, either we're on their hotlist, they like what they see but don't want to contact us or they suffer from very short term memory loss

The annoying ones are those who message and then view us 15 - 20 times an hour (not that much of an exaggeration believe it or not) as a kind of "nudge" because we haven't responded....

They usually get blocked

Some people like me have a saved search with their preferences, which they look at everyday to see if any new profile comes in. The problem is that, it's hard to remember if you have seen a profile already or not, unless you have a profile picture that reminds them.

They saw your profile, found something that's incompatible with them or they did find it interesting but would like to wait and see if there are other profiles which match them better. They keep repeating it everytime they open fab.

My advise would be to not overthink this. Don't take profile visits that seriously.

We get regular viewers who we never get (or would want to get) contacted by, it doesn’t bother us.

As for blocking people, you can block people for whatever reason you like, so if they make you feel weird, definitely block them.

I quite often look at the people on my hotlist, and I get quite a lot of the same people looking at me regularly too.

I just take it as perhaps they like what they see but don't want to meet up, or are having a wank or a perv or whatever. My profile and pics are there for people to look at and decide if they want to contact me, and if they don't contact me then they're still welcome to look, I don't mind either way!
