Obviously you didnt lol....but can you see now how it would never work... People could and likely would do it just because they don't like someone, or someone knocked them back etc etc... Obi was just pointing out why naming and shaming in a public arena like a forum doesn't work. It all gets reduced to he said she said. I could name and shame Obi (admittedly I'd rather dole out some punishment in person - I've got all sorts of chores for you Obi  ) but the only ones who can prove we had a meet arranged would be the two of us.

But it would be common courtesy to be honest and give the other person(s) in question the heads-up that is the decision they have taken instead of keeping them waiting without even saying that they won't be turning up! | |||

"I think it's about time admin has a section in the forum called 'Timewasters'. This would name and shame those that say they're going to meet and then either they come up with some lame excuse why they can't make it. Or they just don't have the courtesy at all to even call/message and say they won't be turning up! I know there are some people that genuinely can't make a pre-arranged meet for some reason or another. Them, I do understand. But there are some that blatantly do it for no apparent reason but to be a**holes!! "I totally disagree, as others have said its your word against theirs..... | |||
