It's an annual membership.

Check their Club Membership Rules & Regulations and it gives more details.

Then there is an entrance fee for each visit on top.

I'm not sure how much it is though and it might vary depending on the night / event.

There is an entry fee too but not sure what that is for single men...maybe a member could let you know.
