So, I was reading the post about dirty weekends away etc for a married couple nd wondered about this idea.

What about the idea of some people on here hiring a cottage/ remote house for a week for a lot of dirty fun. All very hypothetical at the moment but I found a few private lodges that would sleep 8 people in 3 doubles and a twin. Large garden areas and was thinking about whether or not people would remotely be interested in this.

Naturally it's a no kids break so some couples would find it difficult or not possible but what do people foresee as any issues/ problems.

Reckon a mix of men and women and couples. Would naturally be nice for everyone to be able to play together and if everyone was aware of each other's sexual interests and fantasies then it could be a lot of fun.

The other thing that appeals to me is that I live in London but grew up in the country so it would be a nice relaxing retreat with some fresh air.

I'll await the comedy comments and genuine feedback. Hypothetical to start with but I expect a version of this will happen somewhere down the line. Ideally in a huge mansion house that's fully booked up

Thats a great idea , there is loads of great places in Scotland for that , was talking to the other half and we were thinking about something like this for next year maybe not a week but friday to tue !!! xx

Hah, I found an amazing place nr Shaftesbury that sleeps 8 people So I guess that would suit you perfectly.

Not really looking to firm anything up but just wanted to see if this was a hare brained idea or not.

Naturally I think important to have space and not have everyone literally ontop of each other. People may get on sexually but maybe not in 'real life' so having a bit of space is important.

Naturally anyone there would need to be verified to the hilt also.

Yeah that was my concern also however I think with people being from all over the plac it makes it more fun. That said definite webcam chat verification etc would need to be a minimum.

Feedback greatly appreciated... There has to be a market for adult cottage rentals too.

Nothing concrete. Literally didn't think so many people would think it a good idea.

Another idea.. Or this might be my over sexual brain. If the place was large enough but still had a private kitchen or whatever there could even be the option of "room service" perfect for all those role play fans out there. Would hate people to fuck on an empty stomach.

Yeah, was thinking about this. I found a place with a lot of space around it that is secluded but am looking for something with maybe an acre of land so it's secluded. Like I said I wasn't expecting the level of feedback I've had.

If it continues I'm gonna consider quitting my job and just organising weekly retreats for swingers where I'll arrange and do some of the cooking etc.

Pffft... At present I've found a 12 sleeper secluded mansion style house that we could get for a week

The thought of going with a 6 strangers sounds hellish. I realise that that is what happens at parties and clubs but that is a night not a weekend and the numbers attending are higher.

Would it make sense for people to come with a fab friend. Whether they are a couple or not or whatever. Thinking a bit more a larger space with more free rooms would make sense so there are some room "available" at all times should people require.

Also thinking it would be an idea to have a list of people's basic interests at one part of the Accomodation. Just to keep people up to date etc...

Also thought if something was a barn conversion with a split would people split it as straight and bi/bi curious or as singles/ couples or just a general sit down meeting with everyone and we work it out once everyone arrives..

We have often thought about doing this and it would be a fantastic weekend but only if we knew the couples that were going. Don't fancy spending the weekend away with total strangers .

It is unlikely for me to attend such an event, however, I thought about organising something like this for my life outside FAB.

The main concern I have would be the cost of renting the property.

Unless the organiser can obtain each person's share of the cost upfront, on the understanding that it will be non-refundable should he/she/they decide not to attend nearer the time, he/she/they would be at risk of having to cough up the deposit or even the full rental price.

There is also the risk of breakages, and my advice would be to build that into the cost of the event, along with food and drink etc...

My hunch is that, as soon as money is mentioned and required upfront, those who say they are interested would disappear like flies.

Hopefully, I am wrong about this.

This is exactly right in my experience... With the exception of long term trusted friends, on the occasion I looked into and attempted to organise a similar thing.... Everyone who were so so so keen to join in, and knew the cost (split equally between everyone)...suddenly vanish when it comes to actually paying their share.

Hopefully this wont happen but you never know. It's all hypathetical currently. Lie i saidi was gauging interst and thoughts. The payment thingis an obvious one and i'd hate to have to stick a couple grand through my credit card. Doubt i could claim as expenses.
