You have only been on here for a week - be patient! You have a LOT of competition as a single male on here and if you don't stand out from the crowd, you won't get what you want. Sorry, but it's the truth!

I would also consider expanding the text of your profile a little - tell people what you want from them, but more importantly what you can offer them in return.

Don't send single line messgaes to people - they just get binned. Make the effort to talk about them, use their name if it's on their profile, and avoid the cliched lines...

Add a few more photos - variety can help, but avoid the cock pic!

Tell people why you can't accommodate if there is a genuine reason - otherwise people will think you are playing away from home - some don't like that!

I think he's being lambasted because his one sentence post seems to suggest 'entitlement', in other words he's a member of a swinging site and therefore is entitled to encounters with people he contacts.

It also appears critical of established members who all rub along quite nicely without any need to complain about the ups and downs of this lifestyle.

It really depends on what you expect swinging to be.

If you expect joining the site to be a quick fix and an easy route to getting a shag..... well it can be, if you find other people who want to use the site in this way..... and that's a bit pot luck.

There is a fair bit of truth in the saying "you get out what you put in". If you want to put minimal thought, time and effor into your profile, how you contact people, your photos, getting to know people and getting a feel for the site as a whole.... then you will likely get minimal return in terms of success.

As a couple of others have already intimated, I'm not quite sure what your expectations were upon joining the site a couple of weeks ago.

However, if you're just interested in meaningless sex then the best return on investment is to go out to a club or bar in your local town and pick up someone on a Friday or Saturday night.

Or pay for the services of a prostitute.

Swinging is way more than just having a fumble in an alleyway after closing time... but the effort required is considerably more too.

There seems to be 2 kinds of person. One thinks they just have to mail someone and they are guaranteed a shag. The other kind respects people, understands that life isn't like that at all, and takes constructive criticism well.
