Feeling guilty

I recently met up with a lovely couple.

Had a fun evening and everything seemed fine. However 24 hours later the husband left our group chat and the wife then informed me that what they thought was a MMF fantasy was actually a reason for the husband to leave his wife.

She reassured me that it wasn’t my fault, however I’ve been feeling so bad and guilty about it

Nothing to do with you, they agreed to a meet. You did your part by participating, any issue's they had together are their own.

I can’t help but feeling guilty for it.

God damn it

Had a really fun time and they were even up for meeting regularly. Clearly wasn’t meant to be x

Looks like one less couple account on here. Surely it will have to be deleted.?

I would tend to agree with symona1. They must have spoken about it and raised the possible issues of jealousy, motive and feelings etc

It's good to see you're human and showing remorse for them but also not for you to feel guilty over.

Not your fault that he instigated the meet to use to fit his own ends.

Are you sure it's not still the husband chatting and continuing some kind of fantasy he has?

You're a single bloke on FAB, so guilty for everything from climate change to covid and everything in-between so this is nothing to worry about. Get her to give you a vari before he gets a chance to delete their profile

Don't waste your energy feeling guilty about something you can't possibly have known was going to happen, it's pointless.

A strong marriage would survive a fantasy gone wrong, I'm willing to bet there were far greater issues than having a threesome.

I don't mean this harshly but you really won't have been important enough to break their marriage up.
