I don’t have one where you pull it tight, the one l have that’s best is an American one and it fits behind your balls. Fit when soft, told my Mrs it definitely works. Hope it helps.

The one I have on in our photos is adjustable, theres a plastic piece at back that you cut to suit your size and the O ring in the snakes mouths makes it easy to get off
