I have attempted dp with a few couples before. Only on two occasions has it been successful.

Is it more of a male fantasy, and the female just agrees to please her partner?

I’ve been lucky not had any issues with DP or DVP in different positions. The lady definitely needs to be relaxed and in the ‘Zone’ the guys have to be able to maintain a erection and be comfortable being in a cock to cock situation

It can be very tricky to get the angles right. Also it depends on the anatomy of the participants. Long cocks and slim buttocks are the best combination. If you have small cocks and or beer belly and a fuller figured rump it's very difficult to penetrate both holes. Done DAP, I have to say it can be logistically tricky to have two big dicks in an ass. Not impossible tho and I was open for days afterwards
