Swingers used to be about couples. When did it change? On here now so many guys looking for guys or guys just looking for a quick shag!!

We love fun but actually feeling in a minority on a swinging website. There are lots of sites for guys and hookups.

or are we just getting old! lol...

Can I just say what used to be gay apps have been flooded by straight men and MF couples looking for transexuals. To make matters worse they have a bad attitude to gay men in what used to be their own space. I am afraid we are all having to put up with it both ways

Before the internet we had contact magazines as the only way of meeting. Fab although a great site has more exhibitionism than anything else. The best and long terms friends I have mostly come from the club scene where you know people are real. I kinda miss the old swinging scene and they way we used to meet. The spontaneous way things happened and you certainly didn't get to see the "gifts" before the meet. The excitement, suspense and occasional disappointment all made for the fun. Now we send pictures and allow random people to see us in all our glory before a meet. Takes the shine of somewhat and makes fab probably 90% porn and exhibitionist and 10% real meets.

Btw I'm not moaning as I am perfectly happy and like so many enjoy the videos and pictures without adverts....but swinging is a very different thing nowadays than 20 years ago. But who wants to stop progress..

Swinging is whatever you want to make it I think

On Fab you can use message filters to make sure you only have contact with couples. Not so easy in clubs obviously. Loads of us like to meet single men though

This isn’t all guys we know and some behave impeccably but it is something I’ve seen more of and also touching without asking.

I do miss the old days where you could go in a xhat room and your sides would be aching with the banter and characters.

The forums now are the closest to the ‘ community’ feel there once was.

I do think its sad because the banter and the characters are what first got me here yeeeaaars ago!!

I kinda get what you're saying here.

Im not saying ban single men at all.

However it seems to have become an extension of dating sites now. Thirsty blokes looking for a quick leg over.

We are actually look for single males but not having any luck finding one that meets are criteria. Which isn't even much: genuinely single, capable of conversing, well written profile and of course i have to find them attractive.

I think that the southwest could potentially be worse than other places. Our scene feels so hidden down here.
