We get a lot of these.. message one day then the next day gone.. even had meets with a couple of them then they dissapear. It is one of the downfalls of a free site im afraid and the fact that bogus email addresses are so easy to set up

This wasn't Saturday night/sunday morning in Dewsbury by any chance? I had the same experience with a couple: they had been on the site for a couple off months and had some verification in person that seemed to check out. I got there exchanged a message to get their house number and they promptly deleted themselves.

lol You are going a bit more technical than most users on here would know about.. But yes yeah are quite correct. Stopping an IP accessing a site is dead easy though, admin can do it through their control panel

Sometimes people have left the site before ive even opened their message to me

Its very easy to open an account on here,have a good nosy round and then get a bit scared when it means to may actually have to meet up with people

Doesnt stop admin blocking addresses though.. IP addresses on adsl generally only changed with the connection has been down for several hours due ti IP reservations..

It is very difficult because most people do not have a static IP address.

Not many although I am aware of a few VPN users - not difficult

Reminds me of another swinging site (not free) that used to ban email addresses in ads unless you paid to sign up. I had a many a run in with the admin trying all ways to stop me accessing their site. They only ever got rid of me when I found out about fab.. Was great fun
