profiles with no pics

It really does get on our nerves when people on here have an account with no pics on their profile and when you speak with them they say I'm uploading them or I dont have any at mo, everyone has pics old or new of themselves, myself and my OH hate our pics being taken but still have pics of us on here. Makes you think are they really who they say they are. Hmm what do you guys think. X

I've often said that everyone should have atleast one decent face pic and the very first pic they uploads should be for photo verification.

Yeah exactly, we have yet to get a photo verificaton on, bit may do that in a min, but we have a few verifications. Its like one of my pet hates hehe, makes you think.hmm is she/he really who they say they are. At least just a face pic is enough I know everyone must atleast have one pic of themselves. X

It's amusing to think that a profile that's been on over a couple of days still has no pics. I hear the phone problem stories, computer and other tech issues, professional occupation contention, but if they're a professional snatch bandit, they really need to get pics up. Where there's a will, there's a way and half hearted measures to give others what they want, ie photos, doesn't bode well for their abilities to please us sexually.

You can keep your pic privates and attach them to messages if someone take the time to chat and try to know you rather than only judge by your look on a picture

True a picture never lie, but what prove that the picure you see reflect the person????

It amaze me how different some people look than their pictures on this site when you finally meet or see them

The excuse we hear mostly is I'm uploading from my phone so it will take longer to get some on.. I mean I know our pc is broken but we still find a way to get the pics of us on here really annoys me haha x

I think everyone's first pic should be the one where you hold up your name on paper. Fab should install something to stop people messaging others until they have done so. Might sift out some of the fakes as well that way.

I've seen a profile one day, chatted with the couple for almost 2 weeks and exchange at least 5 messages per day.

They never show any picture and said they cant due to their job...

I first thought that it was just some joke but got their phone number and when i rang both spoke and we met.

When i saw them i was like OMG...I dont see them ever putting their pictures here or sending it to anyone...

Still you right it takes just 2 min to upload a picture and get it verified

Classics are the profiles that say "If no pics on profile don't bother"....

From a profile with no pics !!!

Site access should be restricted (ie: no chat access)without a verification pic...Come on..No one see's that except admin !

Also access restricted without ALL details filled in on profile, with a minimum 20 word intro. Just to piss off the hgkhgkhg profile brigade !

Worse is when you ask for a facial pic and they say they can only send them via a mobile. Who wants to give out their mobile number to receive a pic that you may not even like. Then you've got the problem that someone has your mobile number, I don't think so

It's easy and quick to upload pics from your mobile to the site anyway. I hate stupid excuses like that.

I forget to send one sometimes and it is easy to lose track of whom I've sent photos to. Sometimes people have to ask me, not because I'm not interested but because I genuinely forgot.

We don't understand why people won't/don't do the photo verification, it is as said not seen by anyone, and to us proves you are genuine.

We have our face pictures in our private gallery,and full length versions of our public picture gallery.

We do ask for face pictures, yes people could send ones from ages ago, but it tends to give you an indication of what they are like.

We don't want to waste our time, or their time, if we have not seen a face picture.

All of our pictures have been taken over the past couple of months, and we ask people how old their pictures are.

We are not bothered, if they are photo verified but have no public pictures, as long as we receive face pictures.

We hear also all the excuses in the book, and because of your job, is just not good enough for us.

Preciously! Even a civil servant, you can not be sacked because of your outside activities.

We talked to a couple, as I have said on a similar thread who were adamant as they were company directors could not have pictures or even send us any!

We both have these "high" powered jobs, but you join a site and take your chance whether you are recognised or not.

As long as you do not as an employee for eg abuse your internet rights whilst supposed to be working Then who cares.

If you ensure your settings are set to not searchable, then the chance of recognition are pretty slim.

We are perfectly capable of doing our "jobs" and still have our own private life away from that arena.

I had trouble with a stalker a while ago. This person even wrote letters to my boss, my ex wife and even my eldest. Took ages for the police to sort it out.

Even after all that I wouldn't think for a second to not include a face pic with messages.

Should be doing some new ones tonight with luck!

I would imagine that certain contact information etc was exchanged?

Some good ideas here - shame that admin won't do anything about it. We've seen these ideas before suggested directly to admin. Still nothing!

1.You have been on Fab 3 months +

2.You have actual verification (not phone/webcam)

3.You have pics-blurred faces are OK

Took me a while to get my pics uploaded as i am not involved with anyone to actually take my varification photo. I can see why some people dont want face pics on their public pictures but i wouldnt entertain a meet with out a picture first. Fell for that once and once only

I think people have the right to choose that they don't want to have face pics on dislay.

I'm no doctor or anything like that but it would absolutely affect my working life if someone saw me on here. I think that anyone that thinks otherwise has their head in the sand. I'm not talking about being sacked either.

I will happily swap face pics with someone I intend to meet. But never with anyone else.

I agree totally that face pics are important. Especially when people use face pics from 20 years ago.

I'm not photo verified and I won't be getting photo verified. If the site starts insisting on it, I'll leave.

All it proves is I can write my username on a piece of paper, take a photo and upload it. It doesn't mean I'll actually turn up to meets, or play. And as the photo can be either face or body, it doesn't really verify much.

I'm not sure if the photo mods check all uploaded photos against the verification photo every time either.

This has been discussed at length on other threads. Photo verification may be very slightly better than no verification but not by much IMO. I'll prove I am genuine by being willing to chat on the phone to anyone I'm arranging a meet and by actually turning up - as shown by my meet in person veris.

If anyone wishes to consider me fake because I am not photo verified, go right ahead.

I strongly disagree!

We have been on here over a year now and have never done the photo verification thing. Yet we have had meets and are real.

If people don't want to put photos on their own profiles, then they shouldn't have to. We find blocking those from contacting us without public photos, works well for us.

I'm fed up of these profiles who want everyone to be the same as them. If you don't want to meet me without seeing me first I couldn't really care, I've loads of verifications from people to show I'm genuine. Manage your own profile and leave others alone.

"It really does get on our nerves when people on here have an account with no pics on their profile and when you speak with them they say I'm uploading them or I dont have any at mo, everyone has pics old or new of themselves, myself and my OH hate our pics being taken but still have pics of us on here. I would question why you are taking to them in the first place if it bothers you still much.

Due to not wanting to be recognized because of our work, we don't post pics on here but can send by email or text on request, totally gen MF couple just like to remain prove in the public domain till we get chatting with someone, we have meet verifications to confirm this too !
