Just wonder how many of you fit guys are ‘members’ (lol) of David Lloyd in Enfield? Or who might use that branch on the odd occasion?

I’ve been training there for the past few weeks and I’m desperate for some skilled and experienced tuition on the weights and cardiovascular ‘equipment’…

I often find myself looking around the pool and noting how many people use the steam room and sauna…
