Mainly. From the very limited amount I've read there are some gains to be seen in flaccid length..but girth there are huge gains shown in before and after pictures, almost unbelievable....

It’s probably real, there’s enough people sticking all sorts in not there bodies. I can’t see how it would work? The penis is constantly changing size from other factors (unlike lips and boobs) what happens to the filler? Does it cascade up and down the erect penis like a lava lamp?

Advertising always use the ultimate best results then add some in their claims, it’ll be some over rated rubbish just like the slimming adverts ( lose 10kg in a week)..car adverts (new from £xxxx but the car shown is another £5000 more).. just look at vigra over rated and doesn’t work for quite a few guys..
