Depends on how much you are willing to pay.

I wasted money on cheap ones buying 3 or 4 different ones then in the end went for a cb2000 with a larger base as extra.

They have larger cages too.

Well I must say your boy is rather biiiiiiiig the best advice would be to measure then get a custom one made, better quality and comfort for wearing long term. Some say "you only get what you pay for". There are cheap models on ebay (I'd send you a link but I'm filtered out from messaging you).

My advice is to buy a birdcage type one to start with, these reasonable ones on lock the cock site.

Also put it on in the shower with lots of bubbles.

Night erections become a bit uncomfortable but dont give up just a quick cold shower gets it all back under control.

Im nearly a week in on constant wear at the moment and am loving it.

It's a way to get it on if you are a bit bigger. You get a stocking (a small one is best) and put it over his penis. Then thread the stocking out of the end of the cage and slip the cage over penis and stocking. Then you can pull the stocking out of the end leaving the penis inside.

What did you get? I like the holy trainer v3 or v4. I have a v3 one in pink and small size and I have ordered a v4 nub. Should be a tight fit x
