Male joining a couple - suitable London/SE hotels?

Me and my partner are talking about arranging a male to join us, this will be a private meet so will need a hotel preferably.

Anybody know a suitable hotel that doesnt get funny about 3 people in a room? (Just ive heard some hotels check people coming in)

We would like somewhere maybe with a spa/pool for some nice relaxing time after

We almost exclusively play in hotel rooms.

From posh ones, to Marietta, Premier Inns, Holiday Inn’s and local ones. We’ve never had an issue with any of them letting us have 3 or 4 in a room.

We just book in and let the other guy or couple know the room number or vice versa.

The only time it can get sticky is when you all decide to only pay for 4 hours parking and the check-in lady gets confused until the penny drops!

When I've booked I've sent the confirmation to others to see it's done.

Use various hotels depends on location etc.
