Last weekend I told my best friend about my Fab adventures. She had no idea! Thankfully the judgement I feared didn't happen. In fact, she's intrigued! She's coming round tomorrow night to find out more. So I thought I'd ask for help here!

What do you get from Fab? From swinging in general? Positive or negative.

I'll show her your replies, cos I want her to see that it's a community. That it's different to Tinder etc.

Hold her hand go at your own pace.

It's gonna overwhelm her because soon as her profile goes live even without pics loads of guys will jump on her like a pack of wolves.

She's got you to guide her so that's a plus.

Be prepared for abusive mail, I recommend setting message filters to prevent some of this.

But I hope she likes some of what she sees and gets to enjoy it.

Because it can be fun, nice people here if you look hard enough.

That's great and she's fortunate to have you show her the ropes. And it's fun that you can both chat about the site too.

There are lots of fun, friendly people here. People looking for all sorts of different things. As you said, there's no judgement here, people are open, chilled and like minded.

What I've had from Fab - An excellent male lover, kinkster -experimentalist, loyalty, respect and a caring nature.

What I get from swinging - It's liberating for a single woman, Being in control/In charge, socially exciting people sexually charged, great busy events at Swinging Clubs with the chance to play with many.

Negatives - On fab - some talk the talk with meets, which never materialise, people expecting your fullest attention all the time, some forgetting we all have different needs and desires and quick to judge about them......

Lol! I know! If she does create a profile the first thing I'll do is set it to private while we figure out her filters.

I got so many messages when I first joined that I ran away! Maybe setting your filters should be part of the creating a profile process? It's def overwhelming for single women at the start!

We get escapism and fantasy come true.

We mainly play in clubs, well club - Chams. As soon as we walk through that door the real world vanishes and we are in a chilled relaxed adult play ground.

We often play with others when we are there but sometimes we just go for the atmosphere and escapism.

Fab gives us a way to connect with potential playmates, keep in touch with non-vanilla friends and a way to share our naughty side.

You sound like your a good friend to her so I'm sure any problems she has you can be supportive.

Remember to delete and block move on to anyone who can't take no for an answer.

And do not feel pressured into anything.
