Too many good options!

Salt and Vinegar are my fav. But who could resist gravy and melted cheese?

Ketchup is fine.

Chilli sauce is a treat after a night out!

Mayo

Gravy

Curry sauce

Ketchup

HP sauce

Melted cheese

Never had it on chips but have you ever tried it with strawberries? Sounds strange but it's bloody lovely. Heat a pan, add the balsamic and reduce it till it's thick and sticky. Slice the strawberries and throw them in. Allow to heat through and add a twist of black pepper. Try it, you'll be surprised.

I would never have funk mayo on chips could be truly essential. Then I dieted , craved a bag of chips.. bought chips. felt bad.

So thought I'd weird out my palette to put me off and dolloped a load of mayo. My diet was subsequently ruined
