I used to be very self conscious about my dad bod as 20 years ago I would of considered myself “gym fit” type bod but then life/kids and general not having time or the inclination or sometimes cash to go to the gym all the muscle I had built up dropped

but yes I’m definitely now a dad bod and it doesn’t bother me anymore

Some of my friends dad's I would, some i definitely wouldn't lmao

I like men that are big bears, Flynn has a belly but he also has huge shoulders, thighs and arms.

That being said a ripped six pack and that V makes me drool too

Extra weight up front and certainly not gym fit, but many of us exercise regularly and keep pretty fit for our over 50 age group.
