How far?

How far would you be prepared to travel for a social/meet?

Locally, there seems to be few single ladies who want to meet a single guy.

So, I was wondering how far other singles are travelling?

Accommodating is an option, but I prefer not to .

I’d travel a good distance if it was something that was built up with a connection and friendship, for a spontaneous meet it obviously wouldn’t work

Furthest I’ve travelled for a meet was four and a half hours each way.

I’d go further for the right meet.

Beyond the shadows.

For organised socials or to meet friends then probably distance isn't an issue. For someone new I wouldn't be prepared to travel very much at all.

My max would be about an hour, as I'd be afraid of falling asleep at the wheel on the way home. I did drive home an hour and a half on back roads on the dark once after a meet and never again.

I prefer not to travel, but I'd go a short train journey. Next county along.
