So hubby started rubbing in the Aloe Vera which is seriously cooling, but boy did it turn me on…. Back to the shower for me xx

Cold showers-morning, midday and evening.

Massive floor fan on full blast with curtains closed and 5 litres of water every day.

Fully hydrated and still perspiring profusely.

I am melting... But i have an amazing top tip for you all

Take a hot water bottle and fill it with ice... Put it on your ankles

Tonight, refill with ice and and put it under your pillow... When you wake up, turn the pillow over.. Lovely cool side everytime
