Does anyone else think suspenders should go under knickers? If you put suspenders over knickers you’ve got it wrong surely?

Depends how much time the lady wishes it to take them being removed I guess, but yes under the knickers is the way I believe they should be worn.

Tie side knickers work best for me, then I can wear them under the belt but still remove them when needed.

I agree that the knickers should go over, but in olden days with big girdle style suspenders belts how was that possible with big knickers?

Does anyone know how it was done 60 years ago?
