In a recent interview Holly Willoughby admitted going to bed without any knickers on...said she likes to get some air round her (foo foo)....ladies is there any benefits or down side to this..?

Apparently it's better for your coochie to breathe at night, stops the bacteria from building up on your knickers. It promotes good vaginal health but I'm a sucker for comfort. I feel a bit weird going to bed without pants on for me it helps with sweat and discharge to keep them on. I've never had issues with it

My mum always told me not to wear knickers in bed so I'm firmly in that school of thought. Don't want to keep it cooped up all the time. #freethefanny
