If you're talking about Matt Hancock with his tongue down his girlfriend's throat and his hand full of her arse, well he's not taken any notice really has he?

If you're talking about private individuals who don't hold a public office where they could reasonably be expected to set an example, who cares if they're (genuinely) not hurting anyone?

Is there a difference? That’s the value I’m kind of exploring, are values subject to position or is sexuality not a value and doesn’t fit in the Nolan principles.
