That's what we do. It says on our profile we don't accept friends unless we have chatted and going to arrange meeting up. An unsolicited Friends request proves their laziness so block it is. As you say they don't then get to see our future pictures. Fab is hard enough so the crazies get filtered

It’s a nice way of grabbing attention; especially with with increase in traffic recently. And yes. I used to think it was weird too.

Got requests you don’t want? Two choices. Block your them or ignore. Either of these stops them sending more. If you angrily delete or clear requ Syd, they can send request again.
