I have been told by a friend that plans are afoot to instal gates whch will be locked dusk to dawn, added to which you now have to pay to park and they now have ANPR cameras installed.

Bloody spoil sports, and to think we pay council tax, and we can’t even organise outdoor aerobics classes.
