I’d suggest that the opposite was true. I have a firm belief that too much consumption of porn creates deep-rooted emotional anchors to a certain visual/aesthetic; use of certain language and or “extreme” sexual scenarios. I think it's mainly about health issues. I had problems in my early 30s keeping an erection for example, but tended to drink a bit too much too regularly, combined with soft drugs from time to time.
