if they are then well I'd be very careful..child maintenance could be claimed..and the child wanting to know who their biological father is..a serious conversation between you and your hubby..

They said they'd get a contract saying no child maintenance, not named on birth certificate.

But yes I'm concerned about the kid(s) wanting to know who the dad is.

I've seen how badly affected people are by not knowing who their father is regardless of upbringing and family. I wouldn't contemplate such an arrangement it's unfair on the child. I don't think it's odd necessarily but I do think it's unwise.
