Not had anyone new since met husband in 2003. We separated 3 years ago. I had a really nice meet last year but when it came to under the covers I just couldn't go through with the whole thing. Felt too self-conscious about my wobbly fat body and how different it is since before I met my husband when I was young and slim. Anyone else had a crisis of confidence after a divorce when you are getting down to business with someone new? What would help?

Yes, I did, I’d only ever been with my ex partner from been a teenager so it was rather daunting. All I can advise is not be so hard on yourself. Buy yourself some new undies, walk around the house in them. Do your make up, or tan. Have a glass of wine, listen to some music. Things that make you feel good

I’m sure most of us are self conscious about something, maybe get to know the person before taking things further, that way maybe you will feel less under pressure to perform.

Not that I’ve ever met up with anyone involved in swinging yet
