Well i just found out they have put cctv in at tog , so where will everyone go to play/meet/social

There seems to be a group set up called Saving Toghill. They've lobbied the council to do the CCTV (so council run I'm guessing) and also mentions lockable gates being installed.

I actually think its the other way around. Dogging is not an offence, so in theory the Police not only can't stop you but they have a duty to protect you from other people trying to stop you.

However if it's private security firm then they can ask you to stop and move on, or if you are trespassing then they could record your numberplate and issue a fine.
