Could anyone please help me out. I am not 100% happy with my profile and pics and can seem to work out what it is that is wrong with it so was wondering if anyone out there could take a look at it and tell me what you think about it. Is is ok, needs more work, pic ok or not etc

Just out of interest, how will you know anyone falls into your 'dislike' categories unless you meet them? How can you block them beforehand?
