East Sussex

They're very good at what they do which is basically Butlins for the over 50s. If you use them as a base and don't expect fine dining you'll get a comfortable room, enough food. There are loads of activities day and evening which we don't take part in.

Last time we were at one we turned on "who's near" there was nobody lol. If there was they would be ideal for swinging, the beds are enormous!

We pulled up at one near Nottingham once and were told by some of the other guests that we're too young

We have seen quite young people at the hotels but agree that it is predominantly the over 65s.

We are going to Heythrop Park in August.

Went to one near Nottingham when I was in my mid 40's. Definitely one of the younger couples there.

Last year at Studley Castle, yes most were 60+ but there were as many as 20+ people in their 40s.

Southampton/isle of wight/ everywhere

My first wife and I honeymooned at a Warner site over 30 years ago! We were in our 20s and youngest there by far. Didn’t stop the fun though 😉

I am not sure you will be swapping with anyone under 60. I might be going as mystery shopper to one soon. But there is a selection process, it will be interesting if I don't get it due to age. My parents went on the isle of wight when visiting family, they (even though they are on their 70s they go on indendant holidays with walking round the world) dressed it. They loved it and have been back three times. But defo aimed at the golden oldies. I mean I like an older woman a lot but they have to be active and I can't imagine the average warner hotel visitors do more exercise than bingo. But If I get the mystery shop i will tell you all about it

Yes, it's up the road from us and there's regular discrete meet ups.
