For some people it can be just appreciating the profile. There's some profiles you can enjoy the photo's, video's etc but know your not what they are looking for so don't bother going further.

Just take it as a compliment

Don’t overthink this! For guys doing a search, pages and pages of profiles come up. You can’t always remember details of those you’ve previously viewed and the summary tells very little without clicking on it, esp when eg a profile pic has been changed.

So repeat views can well be from an admirer - plus they may also be someone with interest/compatibility who’s browsing for a match!

I will look multiple times at profiles of people on the forums when they've posted something interesting and because my memory is crap sometimes I have to pop in and remind myself who they are,

Or if they're someone I like then I will pop in to see if they've added any new profile text or photos.

But this would be over days or months, I've noticed on the see whose viewed me that some have looked at my profile almost hourly, which is a bit freaky

I'll generally fab pics that get my attention on someone's profile... And if they are worthy of a repeat perv

... I'll hot list them and wait until they are online. Then maybe I'll message them, if I think we are looking for the same things as me that is.

It's better for us all that people who make and sustain contact are as certain as possible that we are well matched.

If it takes them a while to ascertain their compatibility, that's a good thing. It may also be about timing - the virus has delayed ability to meet. Others aren't quickly available, due to family and other commitments. Lockdown may mean we'd like to meet old friends first etc.

As a single male on here I find you send messages to people after reading their profiles and fitting the sometimes strict criteria. To get left on read... I’m not saying everyone does this but after so many times of shooting your shot eventually you give up missing.

After 2 years out of normal life you would think that people would be used to interacting online. And perhaps even broaden their horizons more.

Some people are interested in the dynamics of our relationship as we are a slightly different kind of couple so they will keep checking our profile out.

It really doesn’t bother us.

The only time it feels strange is when we think they might be compatible so we send a message only to be met with radio silence!

Same here and yeah, they possibly are scared.

We saw one couple doing it for days with a good profile and pics. Eventually they messaged (or we messaged..cant recall now). Turned out that they where new with just one soft meet under their belt (hi guys if you are reading, you know who you are) and they assumed we wouldn't be interested due to our experience vs their lack of it.

Long story short, everything went great and is still going great all this time later.

So sometimes, it probably is nervousness. So if you see a profile you like the look of repeat viewing, maybe say _ello? You never know where it can lead.

There are some profiles on here whose pictures I adore, but where we're incompatible for whatever reason.

The first time I view the photos I'll fab them, but I'll revisit the profile to have a good perv without messaging or repeat fabbing.

It's not bashfulness, just that if someone is looking to meet men or other couples then it's completely pointless cluttering up their inbox with a message when they have explicitly stated what they're looking for and it's not me!

Sometimes we see the thumbnails and think ohh nice ass etc then we click the profile look at the other pics and decide nah not for us, then sometimes a day later we forget that we have ruled that profile out click again and be like oops yeh there not our cup of tea and move on only

To do the same things every weekend, we could block all mine matches but that’s not us you have to have been a right cya next Tuesday for us to block

Once you get rejected a couple of times you realise there is nothing to fear and it's pretty inconsequential. I bet every single person on here as been rejected.

It could definitely be this especially if you’re prone to changing your profile pic at all. I’ve found myself repeatedly looking at people because I didn’t recognise them until I read the profile.

Of course it be also be any of the other reasons also mentioned only way to find out for sure is to ask them

I’ve been guilty of this. If I find someone attractive but am just outside their age range I hope that they will notice my interest and perhaps get in touch. I sometimes find that I fit their requirements but am still unable to contact them for whatever reason. This especially applies after reading their comments on several Forum posts.

I’be done this, if I’m in a forum and I see something someone’s said, I may take a peek at their profile as a recap to their personality, or to read the notes I have on them, so that I can personalise any forum reply to them.

Also see the same guys viewing my profile. Doesn’t bother me at all.

Sometimes it works and sometimes they just watchers . If they are bothering you then block them. Not worth wasting time .

For me I fab the pics or videos that are fab in my eyes. Most of the time the ladies or the couples are too far away for the possibility of a meet or either I don't match what they are looking for or they don't match mine.

So a good old perv sometimes lol

Sometimes I don't remember looking at the profile. So would re look. I would not class that as stalking , just my opinion. Unless some one sends friend invites or winks all the time..then that is a bit too much I think.

I'm only a basic member, so can't see the details of who's viewed my profile here - but I've had repeat 'winks' from some people, so they've obviously viewed mine more than once, though I haven't always had replies when I've responded to their winks with a 'Thanks' message...

....at a couple of other sites where I can see who's viewed my profiles there, I get quite a lot of repeat views without ever being contacted - again, in the instances where I've contacted them, I've not always had replies...

....some people apparently just like to perve my pics!
