Gay to Bi

Hi, just wondering is it a compliment if someone who claims to be Gay tells me I've `made` them Bi or do they `see` something masculine in me... Maybe a personality trait... I do get on better with men more so than women & some of my best friends are men... I'm just curious on others opinions...
