Has anyone heard of this before?

I’m doing 30 days no fap that means no masturbating or any pleasure for a full month

Has anyone else tried anything like this? Also what was the benefits of it?

Good luck with that one. The truth is after puberty the male body isnt designed to go long periods of time without ejaculating. Even if you dont ejaculate controllably chances are you will end up ejaculating via a wet dream. The positives of this tho would be stronger erections and a heightening of libido due to to all the testestorone that would build up on the back of this
