Join in forums, be creative with your messaging,be patient, when they start back up attend socials and never have expectations when on a meet

Just relax be yourself and if you are not for some don't stress over it as there will be people who you are for. Too many people get wound up as they don't get replies. Women and couples get insane amounts of messages so if you get no reply just move on to the next. Main thing is enjoy your time here.
