How do you folks dispose sex toys if you are not going to use it anymore?

I got one vibrating butt plug when I was thinking with my dick instead of brain. Now that I got it, I don't feel confident using it.

How do you safely and ethically dispose it as it's electrical?

Ordinarily with electrical devices you take to a weee approved site, but you've got a conundrum there

You can send them to lovehoney for recycling. You will have to pay for postage though.

I can remember about 30 years ago, when we still had dustbins, a couple in the same road moving out. Bin day. Along come the bin men who take the lid off and a big cheer goes up. One of them grabs a couple of dildos from off the top and starts waving them around, much to the delight of the crew.

I guess the moral of the story, if you don't want the street to know, is not to leave them on the top in the bin!

Never knew that Lovehoney provided this service as we have a few to dispose off and thought preparing them for Silicon Heaven with a service of remembrance was the only way forward.
