Some ladies do not like the term BBW. I like a large lady and do not wish to cause offence. What term is acceptable?

P.S. Thank you to all the ladies with pictures in the BBW category

This. Bbw fetishises women in our opinion. And we aren’t fond of the term at all

I don't like being a big girl but I like it when I find a guy who appreciates my jiggly bits! Bbw is fine by me!

What I dont get is why there are a range of terms for women and mostly men are just men no matter what the size. Or why do women have to state im plus size, curvy, bbw etc.

I know we all have preferences but it seems to me women are either expected to or feel obliged to state their body shape.

Think you'll still find we're still people irrelevant of any label. Why do you feel the need to reference the phrase at all in messages?

Why do you need to reference a woman's size at all? Surely that's the safest way to approach a woman?

I don't like the term.

I much prefer to be described as Voluptuous. However I'm well aware that too most I'm likely just fat

It's like age, just don't mention it.

The safest option is always going to be to leave it out. Unless the lady in question uses the term for herself first, then of course go for it. Although I can't see how defining someone's body shape/size would come up in conversation. You either like what you see or you don't x

There's a fine line between "liking larger ladies" and "fat fetishist". Going for someone purely because they look a certain way is doomed to failure because there's always a person to consider as well as a body. That said I'm not that bothered by the phrase BBW, and thankfully Bodger appreciates curves so it's all good

In reality beauty doesn't come in a size my partner is beautiful her size is irrelevant to that. Although we do have to be very clear that she is bigger just so we only meet people who are attracted to bigger ladies. As everyone has there own preference to what they find attractive.

I'm not fussed by the term myself but a radical thought is to just call them ladies perhaps?
