Well there's plenty of rich people who dress like chavs but their outfits usually cost more than most earn in a year.

However OP you did say single mum chavs, which implies that you are talking about ladies from a certain social class.

Pretty crass tbh.

But if that particular look float's your boat that's your preference.

not all single mums have that look I agree however I never mentioned poor once that came from some other persons mind.
