"Has anyone else experienced being dumped when you are in a poly relationship as at least as painful as in a mono one? " Hard hit Guess it was a long term thing. I was once told ... it will all end in tears Now that wall is a little higher or skin is thicker

"This question for uni research ??? I wish it was that theoretical! " Relationship's break down all the time for many diff reasons were you told why it wasn't working anymore? Did it happen out of the blu or looking back did you miss the signals it wasn't working.

"No. I was in a Ds relationship with a married woman. When it ended its expected and move on. You shouldn’t expected to be so emotional in a poly relationship. " D/s is different to poly, although both can have strong feelings involved. There no reason why someone shouldn’t be equally as heartbroken in either of those dynamics, as a 1-1 relationship. Op, you’re entitled to feel upset, be gentle with yourself.
