Too much according to lincs. I find her hot and sexy, but it's funny how a combination of lockdown and gaining weight knocks body confidence.

-6kg

I rarely drink at home and as I've been working from home, I've been out running every other lunch.

I hate running, but felt I needed to do something.

Gained 8 kilos. And it's all around the waist. Actually getting a bit uncomfortable and not sure about meeting people when we're allowed

Still not a lost cause though. I will get rid of that extra weight!! Starting tomorrow.....

I've probably gained about a stone. I hate it. I've never been body confident but it's even harder now.

Since having covid my smell and taste is still shot so my food intake is even worse than ever.

I'm hoping that knowing I'm performing in the fringe will help me find some will power to force myself into positive actions
