i think fabs has an issue with idiots on the site. 2 ladies have left the site in a week for the same reason.. men who are abusive, men who stalk them with new id (after rejection), and men who accuse ladies of lying, and of course the usual txt speakers, obvious liers, and lets fuck now brigade. Seriously if this site is to continue they need to start getting a grip on theses people.

or they will ruin it for all of us who dont walk on our knuckles.

I don’t care enough of others opinions to delete it, and i have a lot of fun on it: but I get abuse at least daily. And I’d say it’s a 50/50 split for men and couples!

But the majority of people on here are brill

Hopefully they don’t take it to heart too much and can enjoy it

I recommend this. Block everyone and justvwink those that you want to speak to. That enables them to message if interested.

A bit like swiping right...or left...or whichever way it is.

This is like victim blaming. We don't need protecting, we just need men to be better. The majority on here are really ok!

I'm quite capable of finding my way around.

And all you have to do is report and block.

I've really not had what I'd call abuse? A couple of tetchy guys who didn't like being rejected.

But you get that on any social media.

Oh no I totally agree! Hence why I don’t think woman’s profiles should be restricted cos others can’t play nice!

I don’t report anyone, I just mark unread and block.

Oh I’ve had lots of full blown abuse that I’ve never had anywhere else... but doesn’t put me off! Always gonna get the ars*holes

I'm leaving for this exact reason...

I left an abusive relationship which left me with quite a negative view of men as much as I know it shouldn't have and because of the way a large proportion of men act on here, I've decided to leave. I'll only end up being some cranky, man hating spinster if I stay.

Just catching up with a few friends and exchanging contact details and then I'll be gone.

It's been particularly bad this week, lots of abusive guys when they get a polite no thanks, the best thing since Slice bread until they get turned down then I'm an "old slag" I've learned over the years to ignore it as I don't know them and their opinion has no value. There has been a few guys that are reasonably new to the site and expect to get fucked because "this is a sex site" and "that is why women are on here, and how dare we have preferences" Something needs to be done about them, we are losing the decent women in favour of these guys.

I'd say it's better as I didn't have to go through messages sent while I'm still filling in the details and profile text and from those who are outside my filters.

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.

******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).

Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******
